Once you have created a profile, a member of the Roo Team will be in touch with you to arrange an orientation meeting. After this meeting, you should be approved within 24 hours. If you don't hear from us, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. Once your profile is approved, you can begin booking relief shifts right away.
