What to do when a vet or tech is a no-call/no-show

We hope it never happens, but if you experience a no-call/no-show from a Roo Vet or Tech, please let us know as soon as possible by phone, chat, or email at hello@roo.vet. 


We’ll try to reach out to them, and if we can’t connect, we’ll do our best to find you a replacement as quickly as possible using all the tools at our disposal, including Roo SOS and boosted pricing (which you won’t be charged for).  


If we can’t find you a replacement, you’ll be refunded the full amount for the shift.
