How to report an issue or block a user

We do our best to ensure every Roo user is exceptional to avoid these situations altogether, but unfortunately, sometimes serious issues occur or a Vet or Tech just may not be a good fit for your hospital.

If you have an unpleasant experience with any Roo Vet or Tech, please let us know by chat, phone, or by clicking this link to submit a new request for quick support from our team.

You can also block any Vet or Tech to ensure they don’t see or request shifts at your hospital in the future. To do this, click on the Vet/Tech’s name to navigate to their profile, and click the toggle for “Block Vet/Tech.” A text box will pop up asking the reason why this Vet/Tech was blocked, which is always helpful for both our internal team and can provide valuable feedback to the Vet/Tech when applicable.
