If there are any changes to your shifts, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure the invoice we send you is accurate.
If you require any adjustments to shifts or invoices after a shift has been completed, please let us know within 24 hours. For more information on shift changes, please read our article: “Hospital Shift Changes: How to change the time, date, or location of an upcoming shift.”
If you need to request any adjustments beyond this, we’ll work with our finance team to assist you in resolving the issue.
How is overtime handled?
We always encourage you to end your Roo Vet/Tech’s shift at the scheduled time unless both parties agree to overtime services and payment.
When a vet or tech rates their shift, they’ll let us know if they worked overtime. If they did, your hospital will be given 72 hours to confirm or dispute their request. If we don’t hear from you within 72 hours, the overtime request will be confirmed automatically.
Once you confirm their request, we’ll follow up with an additional invoice.
If there’s a dispute, we’ll contact you and do our very best to get to the bottom of it. We always want to make sure we get this stuff right, and we’re happy to hear you out.
