Billing: How to request an Invoice for a completed shift

If you need help with billing, log in to your Roo account and go to the “Billing” tab. You can view billing information for any date range you select.


If you have questions or need assistance with an invoice, please feel free to contact us by chat, phone, or email at hello@roo.vet. If you believe that the invoice or time billed is incorrect, we want to help you get that corrected.
