Roo Uni Externships are a free Roo feature for students and hospitals. What you're paid is entirely between you and the host hospital, and Roo does not take a cut.
Some externships are paid and others are not depending on the host hospital and their policies. Each Roo Uni externship posting will outline the compensation provided so you know what to expect. Additionally, you'll have an opportunity to discuss any compensation with your host hospital before you commit.
Some universities do not allow students to be paid if they are receiving school credit for the externship, so it's best to check with your university for further information.
