Once the hospital confirms your request, we’ll let you know and deposit your overtime payment directly into your connected bank account. Please be patient as banks have different processing times.
If there’s a dispute, we’ll contact you and do our very best to get to the bottom of it. It’s always helpful if you have evidence that supports your request, especially any communication with the hospital.

As a reminder, we always encourage you and the hospital to end your shift at the scheduled time unless both parties agree to overtime services and payment.
