Landed a part or full-time job at a Roo hospital?
Great! We’re thrilled you found a hospital on Roo that you love. Here’s what happens next:
- Let Roo know which hospital hired or contracted you, your start date, and salary by emailing relieftohire@roo.vet.
- If you have any upcoming shifts scheduled with that hiring hospital, we’ll cancel those shifts after your expected start date.
- If you have upcoming confirmed shifts with other hospitals, we handle those on a case-by-case basis to support everyone involved. Generally, we ask that you still complete your shifts if possible so the hospital isn't left without coverage, but we’re happy to work with you.
How does Roo relief-to-hire work?
It’s easy! Complete relief shifts to discover hospitals that are a great culture fit. After working together, let us know if you’re interested in a part or full-time position by following the prompts when rating a shift or emailing relieftohire@roo.vet.
We’ll reach out to the hospital to confirm their interest and connect you if it’s a Roo match! Then, it’s between you and the hospital to interview and negotiate. Once you accept an offer, let Roo know and celebrate!
