You can now access free, on-demand CE right from your Roo account! Grow your skills with today's trending topics, and learn from the leading speakers in the industry while earning RACE-approved CE credits in the Roo app or on desktop.

To access the on-demand CE library in the Roo app, please make sure your app is updated to the latest version. To update to the latest version, click: Account → About the app → Update To Latest Version. How to access on-demand CE on desktop
To access the on-demand CE library from your desktop, click "CE" in the upper navigation bar when logged in to your Roo account.

In Roo's on-demand CE library, you'll find a growing list of courses covering today's hottest topics, including:

CE tracker that automatically tracks your completed courses
Easily manage your completed CE with Roo's built-in CE tracker! Each on-demand course that you complete will automatically update in the CE tracker in your account. You can also add any CE earned off Roo for a more complete picture of your total CE hours and how you're pacing towards your requirements.
To manually add CE hours earned off Roo:
- Step 1: Click "Completed" on the left-hand navigation menu in the on-demand library
- Step 2: Click "Add course" in the top right
- Step 3: Enter the title of the CE course, CE hours earned, and the completion date
- Step 4: (Optional) You can also choose to upload a file of the course certificate
- Step 5: Click "Save"
Your CE hours and courses completed at the top of your CE tracker will automatically update with your new totals!
Frequently asked questions
Is Roo's on-demand CE library free? Yes! Our on-demand CE library is 100% free for all Vets and Techs with a Roo account.
Do I need a separate account to use the on-demand CE library? Nope! The on-demand CE library lives in the same Roo account you already use.
Are all courses RACE-approved? As of now, all courses in Roo's on-demand CE library are RACE-approved and apply towards license renewals and requirements. In the future, we will explore adding shorter or other expert-led content as separate skill builders and refreshers.
Is the on-demand library available for hospitals? We're currently building the hospital user experience for the on-demand CE library, and it will be available for Practice Managers in the coming months.
Can I pause a course and pick up where I left off? Yes! If you pause a course and come back later, it will remember where you left off so you have a seamless viewing experience when you're ready to hop back in. Your progress is also saved across devices, so you can start a course in the app and finish it on your desktop (or vice versa)!
What do I need to do to complete a course and earn CE credit? To earn the CE credit, you must watch the course in its entirety. After finishing the course, there will be a short quiz for you to take to make sure the content resonated with you. You may take this quiz as many times as needed.
How do I view and download my certificate after completing a course? After you pass the completion quiz, the certificate will be available to view and download in the same module as the video player. You can also download your course certificate by clicking "Download Certificate" next to your completed on-demand courses in the "Completed" tab of the library.
Will course materials or presentation slides be made available? Some instructors will share their course materials with us for you to download. If we have materials available, you will be able to download them after you complete the course in the "Completed" tab of the library.
