FAQs

Why don’t I see any hospitals yet?

My Hospitals populates after you complete at least one Roo relief shift or favorite/block a hospital. If you haven’t done this yet, there won’t be any hospitals to show.

I don’t see a hospital I worked with, what should I do?

If you think a hospital is missing, reach out to Support and we’ll help investigate.

Will a hospital know if I block them?

No. Blocking just prevents you from seeing or requesting that hospital’s shifts going forward.
