Getting paid with Roo: Issues linking a bank account?

We know fast payments matter — that’s why we’ve set up Roo so you can get paid quickly without having to jump through any hoops.

Once you complete a relief shift and rate the hospital, your payout should hop into your bank account in as little as 2 business days. How fast this happens depends on your bank account, but rating your shift early will get you paid faster.

How do I link my bank account?

You’ll enter your bank details when setting up your Roo profile, and you can update them anytime — just CLICK HERE!

OR: Follow these steps:

  • 📍 In the top bar, click on Account > Settings
  • 👇 Click on “My Account” and look for “Banking Information.” Press "Add Bank" and follow the instructions.

🦓 We use Stripe, a secure service that lets you log in to your bank directly. If your bank isn’t supported, no worries — you can manually enter your banking info.

Once you link your account, we’ll send an itsy-bitsy microdeposit 🐁 (squeak!) as a quick little test to make sure your payments are going to, well, you. ‘Cause we don’t want anyone else getting your hard-earned Roo bucks, nuh-uh, no-way.

Trouble connecting your bank? Try this:

✅ Make sure you’ve verified your microdeposits 🐁 (squeak!) This may take 1 or 2 business days, so sometimes you just gotta wait for that pot to boil.

Clear your 🍰 cache and 🍪 cookies, then try adding your bank details again.
