I didn’t receive my 1099-NEC form, what now?

Missing your 1099? We’ve Got You!

1️⃣ First, check if you earned at least $600 or more with Roo in the last calendar year. You’ll only receive a 1099-NEC form if your earnings beat that number (which they probably did if you worked more than one shift).

2️⃣ Check your spam and promotions folders for an email from no-reply@track1099.com. This is the secure, third-party service that will be sending you this important document. The email you’re looking for does not come from Roo (👋 we are not the droid you’re looking for).

3️⃣ Finally, wait until 📆 January 31st. That’s the date you should definitely have your 1099 in paws by. Sometimes these things just can’t be rushed, but we get it — I’m a forward-thinker too!

Still don’t have your 1099-NEC form?
