How do I get paid with Roo?

Set up your bank account

To receive payment, make sure your bank account is added to your profile. Once set up, payments are sent automatically.

When will I get paid?

After your shift is completed and your review is submitted, payment is processed and sent to your bank. Payments can arrive in as little as two business days, but processing times vary by bank. Weekends and holidays can also delay payment.
 

Submit your post-shift review

Submitting a post-shift review confirms that your shift was completed and allows payment to be processed quicker. You’ll be prompted to submit your review after each shift.
