Taxes are not taken out of your pay, so the full amount will hop straight into your bank account in as little as two business days after you work and rate a shift. That said, you will be responsible for paying taxes later, so we recommend setting some money aside to take care of future you.

🧮 How does Roo determine shift pricing?

We use a dynamic pricing model to determine the compensation for each Roo shift. That basically means we’ve got people and computers over here doing a lot of math to account for things like location, demand/urgency, Roo Tech Tier, type of work performed, and other factors to come up with the pay for the shifts you see.
