Missing your 1099? We’ve Got You!
1️⃣ First, check if you earned at least $600 or more with Roo in the last calendar year. You’ll only receive a 1099-NEC form if your earnings beat that number (which they probably did if you worked a shift).
2️⃣ Check your spam and promotions folders for an email from no-reply@track1099.com. This is the secure, third-party service that will be sending you this important document. The email you’re looking for does not come from Roo (👋 we are not the droid you’re looking for).
3️⃣ Finally, wait until 📆 January 31st. That’s the date you should definitely have your 1099 in paws by. Sometimes these things just can’t be rushed, but we get it — I’m a forward-thinker too!
Still don’t have your 1099-NEC form?
