We created Roo because we saw a critical need for better work-life balance in the veterinary industry. By forging stronger connections between animal hospitals and Vets and Techs, we aim to reduce burnout while ensuring hospitals have the support they need.
Why? Because we believe veterinary professionals are the most incredible people on the planet: heroes who selflessly dedicate their lives to keeping the beloved pets of the world healthy and happy. And this should in no way require anyone to sacrifice their own happiness, health, or well-being.
