For large enterprise hospital groups with multiple locations, Roo offers four distinct user roles tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization. By assigning the users of your Roo account to one of the below roles, you can control which locations they can view and manage.

Can a user hold multiple roles simultaneously?
No. Each user is assigned a single role that determines their access to your Roo hospital group.
Who can manage billing details?
Only the Enterprise Lead can manage account billing across the entire Enterprise Group.
For individual locations that are not part of an Enterprise or do not have centralized billing, the Hospital Admin and Hospital Users can manage billing for their assigned location only.
Who can add new hospital locations?
- Enterprise Lead: Can add new locations to any group or as an unassigned location.
- Group Admin: Can add new locations only within the assigned groups they manage or as an unassigned location.
Can Group Admins or Hospital Admins manage multiple hospitals across different groups?
- Group Admins can only manage multiple hospitals within their assigned groups. The Enterprise Lead can assign hospitals locations to groups for Group Admins to manage or change hospitals to new groups.
- Hospital Admins can only manage their assigned hospital location(s).
