How do I access invoices for my enterprise group?

Our enterprise billing users can now access invoices and billing information directly through our Invoiced.com portal.
 

How do I set up access?

  1. Go to: https://roovet.invoiced.com/login
  2. Enter the email address you currently use to access Roo
  3. You'll receive a secure link via email to access the portal
     

What information can I access in the invoicing portal?

When you log in, you'll see the My Account page. This will show your billing details and current balance due. You can also Add or Change your payment method from this page.

By clicking "Activity" in the right menu, you'll see a list of your account’s recent activity, including Invoices, Credit Notes, and Payments applied

To see aggregated monthly statements, select the "Statements" option from the menu. On this page, you'll see the statement for your current month and can view previous months by clicking the menu bar on the left. You can export these statements as a PDF by clicking the "Download" icon in the upper right corner.
