Does Roo withhold taxes from my paycheck?

Nope! Because you work with Roo as an independent contractor, we don’t take taxes out of your pay. The pay you see listed on the shift post is exactly how much money hops into your bank account.

🚨 Heads-up: You’ll still be responsible for reporting your Roo income and paying taxes on it later.

Our Advice: set some money aside for tax season so you’re prepared.

How much? Talk to a CPA to get a good estimate that pertains to your specific financial situation. They can also let you know if paying taxes quarterly is recommended.

🏦 Pro Tip: Throw that money you set aside in a high-interest savings account and make money with your money while you wait!
