The My Vets & Techs page helps you manage your Roo-lationships with Roo Vets and Techs you’ve worked with in one place. The page keeps track of all the Vets and Techs your hospital has completed relief shifts with.
On this page you can:
- View the Vets and Techs you’ve worked with
- Message them directly without a confirmed shift
- Set Vets and Techs as favorites to auto-confirm future shift requests
- Block Vets and Techs who aren’t a good fit
- Express hiring interest for Vets and Techs you’d like to join your team full-time
Actions you can take
Message
Send a message to a Vet or Tech you’ve worked with to see what their schedule is like and if they’re free to help with your upcoming coverage needs.
Auto-confirm
Set your favorite Vets and Techs to auto-confirm so that when they request a shift, the request can be automatically confirmed with no action needed from you.
Express hiring interest
If you’d like to explore hiring a Vet or Tech to join your team beyond relief, you can express hiring interest to kick off Roo’s Relief-to-Hire™ process.
Block
Block Vets and Techs who aren’t a good fit so they can’t view or request shifts at your hospital moving forward.
Multi-Hospital Users
If you are a multi-hospital manager, you will see Vets and Techs who have worked at every hospital you manage. In the default view, you’ll see Vets and Techs across all locations, along with the date and location name of each Vet or Tech’s most recent completed shift. To view Vets and Techs for a specific Location or Group, use the ‘Hospital’ dropdown filter.
You’ll also see how many shifts they’ve completed and how many hospitals they’ve worked at. Hover over the hospital count to view the specific location names. You can also hover over the Auto-confirmed or Blocked statuses to see which hospitals it applies to.

Why don’t I see any Vets or Techs yet?
The page populates after your hospital completes at least one relief shift with a Vet or Tech.
Will a Vet or Tech know if I block them?
No, they simply won’t see your shifts moving forward.
