Can I contact the Hospital I’m confirmed to work at?

You can use the chat feature in the Roo app or online platform to contact the hospital ahead of their shift. Find your shift and click on the hospital’s profile. You’ll see a chat box, which you can use to speak directly with the hospital. 

           

Once your shift has been confirmed, we’ll also send your hospital’s contact information in the shift confirmation email. 

Please don’t use the chat feature to cancel your shift. If something comes up and you need to call out from a confirmed shift, please use the “cancel shift” link on the shift card instead.
