That said, please keep in mind that this is not the best experience for Roo Vets and Techs who have planned ahead to help your hospital, so try to limit frequent or last minute cancellations.

How do I cancel a shift?
To cancel a Confirmed Shift, just click the 3 dots icon to the right of the shift in your Dashboard or in the top right corner of any shift card in your Manage Shifts tab, and you’ll see an option to Cancel Shift.
Selecting this option will open a side bar with a reminder of our current cancellation policies and notify you of the refund amount (if applicable).
