Positive reviews and profile insights make your hospital more attractive to Vets and Techs when they’re deciding where to work. Reviews reflect whether shifts met expectations and whether professionals would work with your hospital again.
In addition, Vets and Techs can select what went well or what could improve, including caseload, staff support, patient care, breaks, and equipment.
To increase the likelihood of positive feedback, high-performing hospitals consistently:
- Prepare ahead of the shift: Share parking, entry instructions, and a brief plan for the day so there are no surprises.
- Provide a strong welcome and clear support: Greet the Vet or Tech, introduce them to the team, and assign a go-to person for questions.
- Set expectations early: Review caseload, workflows, charting preferences, and available diagnostics or equipment.
- Check in during the shift: Address issues in real time before expectations are missed.
- Close the loop: Ask for feedback at the end of the shift to encourage timely, thoughtful reviews.
