If extreme weather forces your hospital to cancel a shift, please contact the Vet or Tech directly as soon as possible to give them a heads-up.
After that, let Roo know so we can step in to help.
Since weather is out of everyone’s control, you’ll receive a full refund for the shift, and there won’t be any penalties for this type of cancellation.
We typically send emails to remind you of this policy for some large scale weather events, but just because you don’t receive an email doesn’t mean this policy isn’t in effect.
