🔔 Roo Inbox: Easy, Direct Communication with Your Relief Team
With Roo Inbox, you can send messages to confirmed Roo Vet or Tech ahead of an upcoming shift. This is a great way to let them know key details like where to park, hospital policies, or what to wear. We recommend connecting with Relief Vets and Techs at least 24 hours before your shift to answer any last-minute questions.
Your Roo Inbox also includes notifications for important Roo updates like new shift requests, confirmations, and rating reminders.
How to access Roo Chat:
Head over to the Manage Shifts Tab, click “Confirmed Shifts,” and click the 3 dots in the top right corner of any shift. There, you’ll see a “Chat” option to send a message to the Vet or Tech confirmed for that shift.
