After each shift, you’ll be prompted to leave feedback for your Roo Vet or Tech using a quick 👍 or 👎 and a short review.
You can also submit feedback by heading to the bottom of your Hospital Dashboard and clicking “Submit Review.”
You may also have the option to:
- Select what went well or what could improve
- Leave a public comment
- Auto-confirm the Vet or Tech, block them, or indicate interest in hiring
- Report a cancellation or no-call, no-show (NCNS), which must be submitted within 14 days of the shift
Why your feedback matters
- Creates more useful profile insights: Your feedback contributes to clearer profile information, such as whether shifts met expectations, what others valued, and whether hospitals and professionals would work together again.
- Helps improve future shift experiences: When feedback is shared across multiple shifts, it helps hospitals and veterinary professionals better understand fit, expectations, and working styles over time.
- Supports anonymous and balanced reviews: Reviews remain anonymous and appear on profiles only after both sides have submitted feedback or once the three-week review period ends. This helps keep feedback timely and balanced while reflecting genuine shift experiences.
