After each shift, you’ll be prompted to rate your Roo Vet or Tech on a scale of 1 to 5 ⭐ stars and leave a short review. You can also submit a review by heading to your Dashboard and clicking “Submit Review.”
Why your feedback matters
⭐ Honest ratings help other hospitals make informed decisions.
⭐ Vets and Techs take ratings seriously and look to your publicly shared feedback to improve (you can also leave private feedback just for us 😉).
⭐ Your feedback is always anonymous, and feedback is posted in batches so it can’t be traced back to a specific shift or hospital. We encourage you to rate each shift fairly and honestly to keep Roo a great for everyone!
