If you’ve worked with a Vet through Roo and you really love how they work with your team, you can set them up to be automatically confirmed any time they request one of your shifts.
How to add a Vet or Tech to your auto-confirm list
1️⃣ On the My Vets & Techs page, find the Vet or Tech you want to add to your list. Note: There are different tabs for Vets and Techs on this page.
2️⃣ Select “More Actions” to open the menu
3️⃣ Select “Auto-confirm”
Now, when this Vet or Tech views one of your open shifts, they'll see an “Instant Book” option that allows them to book the shiftimmediately, without waiting for you to Confirm their Request.
Note: If they submit a rate or time change request, you will still be required to confirm those changes before they are confirmed for the shift.
